Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users of AZURO AI can request the deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Delete Your AZURO AI Account

You can delete your account directly from within the AZURO AI app by following these steps:

  1. Click on your account menu in the bottom-left corner of the interface.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete my account.
  4. Type delete to confirm.
  5. Click Confirm.

Once your request is confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your AZURO AI account, we delete or permanently anonymize, as applicable, the data associated with your account, including:

  • your account information, such as your email address, first name, last name, and time zone
  • your uploaded source content, including text, PDF, DOC/DOCX files, URLs submitted through the service, images, and videos
  • your generated content, including scripts, subtitles, voice-overs, AI avatars, and generated videos
  • your project data and publishing settings
  • tokens or credentials associated with connected third-party publishing integrations, where applicable

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information where necessary:

  • to comply with applicable law
  • to resolve disputes
  • to enforce our legal rights
  • to maintain security, prevent fraud, or detect abuse
  • to comply with technical or accounting retention requirements

Where retention is required, we retain only the minimum data necessary for those purposes.

Alternative Deletion Request

If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by contacting us at:

Please send your request from the email address associated with your AZURO AI account and use the subject line: Data Deletion Request

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Connected Third-Party Accounts

If you connected your account to a third-party platform such as YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, deleting your AZURO AI account will delete or disable the related connection data stored by AZURO AI.

You may also revoke AZURO AI's access directly from the settings of the relevant third-party platform.

Processing Time

We process deletion requests within 15 days.
