AZURO AI provides software that enables users to automatically create video content for social media, including idea generation, script generation, voice-over, subtitles, AI avatars, editing, source document import, scheduling, and automatic publishing on certain third-party platforms.

When you connect a third-party account for automatic publishing, we may process data strictly necessary for that functionality, including technical account identifiers, authorization tokens, publishing settings, and metadata associated with content to be published.

Relevant platforms may include: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.

When you use the service, we may collect IP addresses, technical logs, information about your device, browser, or connection environment, and security and debugging information.

  • allow you to use the features of the service
  • generate, store, edit, and export your content
  • enable scheduling and automatic publishing on connected platforms

We do not use users' personal data, files, prompts, uploaded content, or generated content to train our own generalized artificial intelligence models.

7. Ownership of Content

Users remain the owners of the content they upload, create, or generate through the service, subject to the rights strictly necessary for AZURO AI to host, process, convert, generate, store, display, and publish such content at the user's request.

8. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share certain data with:

  • our technical processors and service providers, strictly for hosting, storage, content processing, media generation, email delivery, security, and support
  • third-party platforms that you choose to connect for content publishing
  • competent authorities, where required by law

  • an acquirer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring

9. YouTube API Services and Google Data

When you connect your YouTube account, we use the permissions necessary to allow you to automatically publish video content to your YouTube channel. We process Google data strictly as necessary to publish content on YouTube. We do not use Google data obtained through Google APIs to train generalized artificial intelligence models.

You may revoke AZURO AI's access at any time from your Google account security settings.

10. Third-Party Social Media Platforms

When you use our automatic publishing features for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, certain data necessary for connection, scheduling, or publication may be transmitted to the relevant platform. We are not responsible for processing carried out directly by these third-party platforms.

11. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as long as necessary to provide the service. When you request deletion of your account, we delete or anonymize the relevant data within a reasonable period, subject to data that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

12. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International Transfers

Depending on the technical service providers used, certain data may be transferred to or hosted outside the European Union. In such cases, we seek to implement appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

AZURO AI does not use advertising cookies or trackers for marketing purposes. We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation, authentication, and security of the service:

  • better-auth.session_token — An authentication session cookie set when you sign in. It allows us to keep you logged in and verify your identity on each request. This cookie is httpOnly and secure. It expires when your session ends or when you sign out.
  • tiktok_csrf_state — A temporary security cookie set when you initiate TikTok account linking. It protects against cross-site request forgery during the OAuth authorization flow. This cookie is httpOnly, secure, and automatically deleted after 5 minutes or upon completion of the linking process.
  • youtube_csrf_state — A temporary security cookie set when you initiate YouTube account linking. It serves the same CSRF protection purpose as described above. This cookie is httpOnly, secure, and automatically deleted after 5 minutes or upon completion of the linking process.
  • instagram_csrf_state — A temporary security cookie set when you initiate Instagram account linking. It serves the same CSRF protection purpose as described above. This cookie is httpOnly, secure, and automatically deleted after 5 minutes or upon completion of the linking process.

No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies are used.

15. Your Rights

Where provided by applicable law, you have the following rights:

  • right to rectification
  • right to erasure
  • right to restriction of processing
  • right to object
  • right to data portability, where applicable
