These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, application, and services provided by AZURO AI. By accessing or using AZURO AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. About the Service

AZURO AI provides software tools that allow users to create, edit, generate, schedule, and publish video and related content for social media platforms, including through artificial intelligence features and third-party platform integrations.

The service may include: idea generation, script generation, voice-over generation, subtitles, AI avatars, video editing, import of documents, URLs, images, and videos, scheduling, and automatic publishing to supported third-party platforms.

2. Eligibility

You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are old enough to legally use the service in your country. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • all activity that occurs under your account
  • notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

4. Subscription, Credits, and Payments

Certain features require payment. AZURO AI offers paid monthly subscriptions which may include usage credits. Unless otherwise stated:

  • subscription fees and purchased credits are payable in advance
  • all payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
  • we may change pricing, plans, features, or credit allocations at any time prospectively

If your subscription renews automatically, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. If any payment is overdue, we may suspend or terminate access.

5. License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AZURO AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service. You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or lease the service
  • modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • interfere with the security, integrity, or functioning of the service
  • access or use the service in an unauthorized manner

6. Ownership of the Service

The service, including its software, interfaces, branding, design, and workflows, is owned by or licensed to AZURO AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, import, create, generate, or publish through the service. You grant AZURO AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, convert, transmit, display, and publish your content solely as necessary to operate and provide the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that:

  • you own or have all necessary rights and permissions
  • your content does not infringe any third-party rights
  • your content and use of the service comply with applicable law and platform rules

8. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The service may allow you to connect or publish to third-party services including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. AZURO AI is not responsible for the availability of third-party platforms, changes to their APIs, publication failures, or their processing of your data.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service:

  • for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose
  • to violate any applicable law or third-party right
  • to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights
  • to impersonate another person or entity
  • to upload harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
  • to upload malware or malicious code
  • to interfere with the service or related systems
  • to attempt unauthorized access to any account, data, or system
  • to scrape or extract data from the service without authorization

10. AI Features

The service may use artificial intelligence and third-party AI providers to generate or process content. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, bias, or inaccurate information. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before using or publishing them.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create legal or security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or removal of features.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZURO AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZURO AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AZURO AI from any claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

16. Privacy

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Toulon, France.
